JOB DESCRIPTION AND PERSON SPECIFICATION
The social media team meets once a week to plan social media posts for the month ahead. We feature all aspects of the business and, as well as showcasing new, seasonal, unique or unusual and popular products and services, we also feature blogs, charitable giving and events. We look to plan long term campaigns, and would like to develop a different “voice” for each of the platforms which is authentic to Parkfoot and appeals across a wide customer base. The success of the social media initiative is assessed at Quarterly management Meetings.
- Attending weekly meetings with ideas
- Forming a plan on a shared spreadsheet
- Taking high quality photographs of products, services and people
- Writing copy that has the unique signature of Parkfoot
Training and development
Parkfoot is committed to training and developing staff each year so that new skills are acquired. We may suggest training courses or members of staff may request to be trained in an area that is of interest to them and relevance to their work at Parkfoot.
Parkfoot’s number one priority is the safety and well being of its staff and customers. Our main focus after that is to provide the highest form of customer service locally and to provide a wide range or quality products.
