JOB DESCRIPTION AND PERSON SPECIFICATION
This is a role that requires all material and details to be kept completely confidential.
The Personnel team meets regularly to refine, update and agree on the implementation of our induction process, including contracts and job descriptions. We also look at exit interviews, staff training and development, staff reviews and issues that staff raise which are personal or interpersonal. We consider if coaching or any other form of training is appropriate and can support staff members to apply for grants.
Requests for changes in hours and remuneration may come to the Personnel group or may be considered separately by the directors and Senior Management. Personnel group launches adverts for staff, fields replies and conducts interviews with potential staff members, where appropriate (this will sometimes be done by the manager of one department alone).
